Sir:

The first meeting with the assembled paranormals went much as we'd
expected.

Response to the PRIMUS legal paperwork was mixed; while Deva was
quick to sign (and was very cooperative in other regards), others
wished their legal representatives to review the forms before
signing.

You'll find a complete transcript of the first meeting in the MATRIX
files. I would be very interested in any feedback or suggestions
you could offer for my future interactions with the paranormals. So
far, I do not feel entirely at ease with them, and am not sure if
this is a natural - and beneficial - reaction, or if I should do more
to become friendly. It's a very fine line, as you know.

I was encouraged by Deva's and Impulse's (AKA "Two-fisted Kid")
reactions to the possibility to working with PRIMUS and feel these
two, in particular, have excellent potential, if they are treated
appropriately. I have forwarded more detailed comments about my
observations to their agent-profilers; these comments are also
available in the MATRIX files.

My opinions about the other paranormals are somewhat mixed, and I
will write more on them later. I am slightly concerned that the
information regarding Mr. Magus that we have in our files may not be
entirely correct. For example, while I did see evidence of Mr.
Magus's mystical abilities, I did not see any reference at all to the
sacrifices our intelligence indicates he must perform in order to use
his powers.

As you requested, Mr. Magus has agreed to create an area within the
base that will be off-limits to all but PRIMUS employees. Any
PRIMUS agents who would like to inspect the facilities will first
need to make arrangements with Mr. Magus and receive a sigil to
permit their entrance into the vase. [Note: Mr. Magus's household
is controlled by a ghost, a woman named Marilyn who appears to be in
her late 40s. While Marilyn is unable to speak, she did indicate
that she would respect the privacy of the designated PRIMUS equipment
locker.]

The base has access to a number of secure government databases,
though not the PRIMUS MATRIX. I was not aware that any of the
paranormals had security clearances, and wished to apprise you of the
situation.
