Background:
Terry Kester was the youngest of two children born to long-time Stanford professors Richard and Mary Kestler. Her older brother, Tad, is currently a physical chemistry grad student at Stanford, where Terry received her degree in accounting in 1995. Both Kestler kids are accomplished athletes, Terry on the gymnastics and soccer teams, and Tad in gymnastics and rugby. Both are competent in Swedish (their mother's native language) as well as Spanish.

Terry had never intended to join PRIMUS as an agent -- after graduation, she'd been hired by the Accounting Division in San Francisco.  But she was noticed by the Base Commander working in the gym, who recommended her for the academy based on her talents and moderate tolerance of Cyberline.

Since completing the Academy, Kestler has become the Silver Avenger's newest (and most competent to date) aide, and she is a whiz at finding the smallest of paperwork in the Avenger's office.  Unbeknownst to her, she's currently the SF base's "fair-haired girl" and is being groomed for possible base administration within the decade.

Personality/Motivation:
Everything about Kestler screams competence. She's very easy going, and finds herself amused by the paranormals that she works with. She's unsure what to make of the difference between the PRIMUS party line of intolerance and her natural tendency towards acceptance. However, she's very patriotic and would never compromise PRIMUS security willingly.

At this stage in her life, Kestler is looking to have fun and rise in PRIMUS. She is a very loyal friend and spends a lot of time with her family, particularly her brother and his girlfriend. She dates on occasion and has an on-again, off-again boyfriend who is at Stanford Medical School, but her appearance, skill, and position often serve to intimidate men.

Powers/Tactics:
Kester is working on her hand-to-hand skills, and is improving daily. She has basic martial arts training from the Academy, with a few special moves other agents have taught her.  She makes clean decisions, however, and usually sticks to PRIMUS training in combat situations. She is more agile and strong than most PRIMUS agents of her level of treatment.
